I’ve heard some not so good things but… I’ve heard some not so good things but I’ve also heard great things about Pangea so far with it only being a week into my new place I like it and I want it to stay that way. I can’t wait to get something bigger in the future with Pangea.
The Apartment Is Nice The Apartment Is Nice, Maintenance comes and clean the hallways of the building and outside of the building faithfully. I love it so far. I Haven’t Had A Problem Yet. Hope it stays that way.
My unit is great mostly all the… My unit is great mostly all the appliances are brand new.Seen a few flaws and maintenance has been great with coming out to address them.Im grateful for that.However , I’m bothered by the fact that I’m starting to see bugs throughout the unit.Due to nasty neighbors.Not very many but maintenance has been on and that is being taking care of as well.Other wise everything is coming along the building is quiet and clean for the most part.No big issues and hope that it stays that way.

I love the property and the office staff… I love the property and the office staff. They have been consistent and helpful throughout my moving process.
