My personal opinion: My personal opinion of Pangea is that since this is my first apartment and I really wanted to have a good experience, I feel like the company is doing what they need to do to ensure that there are no hurdles I have to jump over. Paying rent is easy, getting things taken care of is easy and so far all of the staff I've encountered has been very polite, thorough with information and willing to go the extra mile through the entire process.
