I have been here with pangea fo 5years… I have been here with pangea fo 5years and my husband about 8years they are awesome, every property manager we have had has been great, we love Jeru he is wonderful and responds always. Every request and order has been met. I think they should allow us to get stackable washers and dryers, I think they they should update their buzz in system to individual camera entry systems. Need something in the clutch?! The apartments I was shown were all good looking and pretty up to date. I'm just not really a fan of radiator heating systems is the only thing I didn't practically like in the properties I was shown.
My Manager Marcus White is on the… My Manager Marcus White is on the ball! I had a problem with my ceiling falling down and I called for a work order and within two days my ceiling was fixed. Marcus White also made sure that I didn't have to clean up the mess the workers made when they first came to tear the ceiling down. I feel confident if you have the right manager on duty, they'll do whatever they can to help you. I've never seen him, but Mr. White helped me out.

Ya get what ya pay for Ya get what ya pay for! Kinda of a janky elevator, fridge doesn't work very well, but almost has utilities are included, even internet. Residents are friendly.
