Loved the fact... (Verified Renter) Loved the fact that the area was nice and it was a gated community. However, I have been at this location for over a year and the gate has been broken more times than I can count on one hand! Unacceptable

The price of... (Verified Renter) The price of this apartment is too expensive for the size of my 1 bedroom apartment. I have found apartments that are around the same price with more space. ;)
The only issue... (Verified Renter) The only issue I have is that the security gate is constantly broken. I moved into a gated community for safety reasons. Also, the speed bump that was put in the front entrance is more of a hindrance than anything else. Everyone goes around it.
It took 3... (Verified Renter) It took 3 days for maintenance to address a leak under my kitchen sink. In addition, I was told by the "office" that because it's Saturday and it's not an em ergency that I would have to wait until Monday to replace a bulb in the kitchen. Go figure!
DO NOT MOVE HERE! I am a veteran of the United States Navy if I had it my way I would come and go as quietly as possible. I have NEVER been late on my rent no matter where I have been stationed, deployed, or lived throughout the world. I received a notice on my door saying my rent was late and not only did it say that it was late but I had to pay a late fee and possible court cost.
