Careless management One of the staff members of the maintenance team tried to enter my apartment today without knocking or announcing himself. Luckily, my dead bolt was on. When I went outside to ask him why he was at my apartment when he was halfway back to the cart, he stated he was at the wrong apartment. I went to the office to speak to the property manager and she said he "probably went to the wrong apartment on accident, and sometimes they don't knock before keying in." UMMMM EXCUSE ME?!? Loved the fact... (Verified Renter) Loved the fact that the area was nice and it was a gated community. However, I have been at this location for over a year and the gate has been broken more times than I can count on one hand! Unacceptable

The price of... (Verified Renter) The price of this apartment is too expensive for the size of my 1 bedroom apartment. I have found apartments that are around the same price with more space. ;)
The only issue... (Verified Renter) The only issue I have is that the security gate is constantly broken. I moved into a gated community for safety reasons. Also, the speed bump that was put in the front entrance is more of a hindrance than anything else. Everyone goes around it.
It took 3... (Verified Renter) It took 3 days for maintenance to address a leak under my kitchen sink. In addition, I was told by the "office" that because it's Saturday and it's not an em ergency that I would have to wait until Monday to replace a bulb in the kitchen. Go figure!
DO NOT MOVE HERE! I am a veteran of the United States Navy if I had it my way I would come and go as quietly as possible. I have NEVER been late on my rent no matter where I have been stationed, deployed, or lived throughout the world. I received a notice on my door saying my rent was late and not only did it say that it was late but I had to pay a late fee and possible court cost.
