The location and... (Verified Renter) The location and price are great! The apartment building is filthy and we have been asking over a year to have the hallways and stairs pressure washed to no avail.
They don't show they care This staff is the most unresponsive, unreliable, and apathetic group of people. I have submitted the same requests for over a year. It has yet to be remedied. The office manager seemingly has resolved to just no longer acknowledge my emails. The office and outside the gate is maintained well and looks appealing, most of the time. Beyond the gate, the common areas are caked with debris, trash and cobwebs. This global pandemic has not helped with housing, so continuing to live here is not a preference... read more
Maintenance staff needs... (Verified Renter) Maintenance staff needs increasing, rent is a bit high and patio needs power washing.
The slowness of... (Verified Renter) The slowness of getting maintenance done, at times, can be frustrating. Therefore, I don't think I could comfortably recommend living here without warning people first. Additionally, it's embarrassing to have the trash compactor area look like a neighborhood dump most of the time. I don't like seeing it & I hate to have my guests see it as well.
I feel like... (Verified Renter) I feel like since new management has been brought in, I have seen the quality go down. And basic things are not kept up as they used to be. That' the only reason I would hesitate to recommend .
I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend due to the apartment complex being quiet and comfortable but I will not recommend due to the residents paying for a gated community. However, the gate is always broken and never fixed in a timely manner.
The trash and... (Verified Renter) The trash and how it piles up is an issue. The gates being broken a lot of times are also issues. Not having a service officer around is shameful
