It used to... (Verified Renter) It used to be priced appropriately for the level of quality provided, the increase in rent was well over the amount of value the complex has available. It was way too expensive for this type of complex M.

Location, perfect, staff... (Verified Renter) Location, perfect, staff great, but my neighbors are loud, trash left in the breezeway, gardening and trash pick up behind our building has fallen down. Hole in fence folks still go through all the time behind the building.

Stay Away *update* Instead of sending my sister her money back they are blocking her calls. We will be filing a HUD complaint against this company. *original review* Management exhibited a complete lack of responsibility and professionalism. My sister paid her deposit for an apartment that wasn’t ready when she was supposed to move in. She was offered another comparable apartment to the one she desired. Guess what—it wasn’t ready either. It takes request... (Verified Renter) It takes request way to long to be handled. I mentioned a mold problem two weeks ago that hasn't been met

No inside washer... (Verified Renter) No inside washer dryer. No carpet. No full size closet.

Same as before.... (Verified Renter) Same as before. The upgrades were nice but my dishwasher leaked so what good was it. Small for price. Tons of bugs mainly spiders and big centipedes.

Based on the... (Verified Renter) Based on the first few years I would highly recommend, but treatment I am receive now I wouldthink about it twice!

The washing machines... (Verified Renter) The washing machines are my only complaint. There needs to be something done about it. They need to be updated immediately.
