3 Year Tenant I have been a tenant going on 3 years and aside from the spacious floor plans and upgraded apartments the main factor that made me stay is the management team. I've often read complaints on reviews of other properties where the management changes every year and they don't care about their tenants. I've had the same management since I've lived here and they are great. Whenever I had any maintenance requests they were fulfilled within 24 hours. Ac stops working every time it gets hot outside I’ve already had my ac “fixed” by maintenance and it keeps not working whenever its above 86° outside. They gave us a portable ac unit in our window and once it worked again they never took it back or put our screen back on our window. The screen was already poorly placed alongside the actual window since it had gaps and bugs kept getting through.

*Don't Make the Same Mistake I Did* Hey guys, just a heads up about this apartment complex. The bug situation is INSANE. You'll pay for pest control, but it won't make a difference. They're everywhere – in the sink, on the walls, you name it. The units are old and sketchy, and don't even get me started on the patio/deck situation. It's like they're just held together by duct tape and prayers. Horrible Management The management doesn't communicate well, the front office looks wonderful but that's about it. The gym looks nice but you can only use it when the staff is in office and they leave about 5:30. Even though they use a digital keyboard system...the trash compactor placement sux...the manager sux...front office staff needs people skills training heavily. I lived here for 2 years, I would never live there again. The staff makes or breaks an apartment complex no matter HOW NICE IT LOOKS!
Do Not Move Here This residence having 3 1/2 stars is a joke and highly inaccurate. They must’ve had some bad reviews removed. Living here is horrible. My main concern has been the constant leaking of my ceiling and water stains on several walls from floor to ceiling every couple of months. This morning I woke up to the strong smell of some type of electrical burn out, wet carpet and a stained and peeling ceiling. DO NOT MOVE HERE! Take it from a resident that has been here 10 years and has seen this complex sold 5 times. The new complex owners have ran this complex into the ground. Horrible and slow customer service, old moldy apartments, most amenities are broken, gate never closed. I could go on. We are counting down the days we can move because we've been trying to get out of here since 2020 but covid ruined our plans and we've hated being here ever since. ONLINE PRICE SCAN! The online price was over $300 the actual price, and I called to confirm and they said yes it’s the online price and then told me otherwise once I was there. This happened 2 days in a row, a bunch of bs.
The maintenance man... (Verified Renter) The maintenance man was very good, but not done in a timely manner from the call I made to the call center. It was only his 2nd day working here but he knew what needed to be done. I couldn't recommend this apt. community because it takes way to long to get maintenance to show up. Plus, the call center doesn't type up my requests correctly sometimes.
The location and... (Verified Renter) The location and price are great! The apartment building is filthy and we have been asking over a year to have the hallways and stairs pressure washed to no avail.
