I was fortunate to find Martin as my agent. It took months to find the right house. During those months Martin was patient and helpful, answering questions with knowledge and understanding. He was always looking out for problems that I would have over looked. Martin is an honest and nice person. I would recommend Martin and his team to everyone I know. It has been a pleasant experience.

I’m just in the early stages of investigating the community and housing options for a possible future move, with the possibility of renting out the property for a few years before we move. Susan St. Martin is everything I could have hoped for: knowledgeable, energetic, responsive, great company, and with an eye for a property’s potential (and drawbacks). Initially, my wife and I weren’t committed to making a purchase, yet alone, look for an Agent. Susan was very responsive and took initiative to send available homes to us to review prior to relocating to Medford area. Susan was always timely and worked hard to set up showings and improvise when necessary to accommodate both us and listing agents. Working with Martin was an absolute pleasure! Communication was excellent... I received regular updates on our escrow and he was always quick to respond to my questions or concerns!
