I worked with Patie on a purchase of a property that wasn't on the market. She contacted the owner and made the introduction. When the owner was ready to sell, Patie helped us both through the process and came up with a deal I believe was advantageous to all. I would definitely recommend Patie for her negotiating skills and for her taking the long term view on a potential deal. Will be calling on her services again when our needs arise.
