The Zynex representative that helped me with getting started with the Zynex equipment was extremely knowledgeable, patience and professional. Her tone over the phone and her reiterating how they are here to help me and for me not to feel badly as if I was a burden when I did nit understand. I think her name was Idiania ????. But the entire Zynex family has been really helpful, including Sandy Nobet who offered to come to my home this week to help me, if I still had a problem ir questions. Shay called at the end of her day and “worked overtime” to talk me through the process of working the IFC/Tens machine. She was positive and patient with my “senior moments” which left me with the information that allowed me to feel confident in using it alone. As a retired teacher I commend her as an asset to your company. I would be comfortable in calling you/her back with any questions without hesitation.
