Is there a zero star review? We have been in limbo with this company since the beginning of this year. We contracted them in April of this year and they said our CAD drawings would be done in 2 weeks. No calls and several weeks later an we had left numerous messages and was unable to get anyone to call us back. In fact, their number often goes in a loop where you can hit any option and it just frustratingly goes back to the beginning. Spoke with *** at Home Show asking if they installed windows on a manufactured home, *** said they do not. However, before I could get 10 steps away another *** stated they do work on manufactured home. Took my information setting an appt, with a promise of Buy 2 -2 free and 40% discount ********** came for appt. received call to confirm 11am when it was set for 12. While we love our sunroom always so disappointed at businesses standing behind product. ***** warranty on window lock mech. Company charges ****** for service call. So sad....they consider that a reasonable chg to repair something that should not malfunction in that short time span. Businesses.....support your product!!!

We understand it can be frustrating to learn that a service call would cost additional but as stated in the contract you signed, there are costs that are accumulated during service that are not covered under warranty. My husband and I purchased Stanek Windows for our home 30 years ago with the caviat of a lifetime warranty which would be transferable to a new buyer of our home for 10 years from transfer. Great Day acquired Stanek In 2013. We are selling our home so I called to see what needs to be done in order to put the transfer in place for the new owners. We started this on 7/27/24 and it was not "completed" until 09/14/24. I was told by **** ******* that it would be a 2 day job. So in this conversation with **** we went into long detailed talks about the doors. I told him we wanted French doors that I absolutely didn't want sliding doors. He took measurements we explained that my decking for my pool is slanted and took him out to show it. We told him they would have to make sure that there was no leaking because rain pools there. An integral part of our contract with Great Day Improvement (GDI) to install a Sunroom was to obtain the required permit. From May 2024 to-date no work was ever started and they never applied for the permit. A permit is required in the state that we reside. We were charged a specific fee during consultation for the same. The Managers at *** apparently are too busy to talk to their clients. Days, weeks and months go by stalling, and queries go unanswered in its entirety and truthfully. This week we are now learning that *** '... read more

I bought a house with an attached sunroom built by Patio Enclosures **** I Spoke with someone in service, and she said they would talk to us about repair, or replacement of the leaking roof. The person came out, Caulked not even a quarter of the roof, it leaked again immediately after being assured it would not leak. They charged my card without giving any receipts or invoices, and they will not answer any calls, or call me back after leaving a message I would not use Patio Enclosures **** again.

If the repair could be completed within an hour, the cost would remain $250. We also mentioned that since the roof is out of warranty, any additional repairs, like peel and seal, would come at an extra cost. Patio Enclosures working with great day improvements have taken so far 7 months and still no sun room they have no problem taking thousands of dollars and everyone one you talk to has a different lie and excuse. asked several time to just return my money and they wont it now time for a Lawyer.

We encountered many issues with this company. First, we were told our sunroom would be built in a week. It was not finished for 3 1/2 months. They contract the electric to a company in ******* called ******************. The electrician showed up and did nothing for several visits, saying he could not do the job alone. He would insult the guys from Great Day, saying they didn't build it right and were terrible at their jobs. He finally shows up with a coworker.
