One week and one day ago I tried to reach out to Stanek windows concerning two of the window panes in my sun room failing. (The seals are broken on those two window panes.). Time after time I have tried to get a return call from them to send over the technicians to measure the Teo failed windows for a warranty claim, but as of today, September 27, 2024, not one employee has called back, not ONE. Terrible company. Signed contract in July,2024 for a *******. Company then overcharged me significantly on the down payment by thousands of $. Took way too long to resolve. They then dropped the ball on scheduling measurements (told one date only to be told the day before that date was not properly scheduled, had to reschedule). Made a change after measurements. Long wall to have 2 eight feet doors, centered and opening in the middle with transom above. Short wall, one window with transom above. Came to install Sept 11. They... read more

Contract was signed April 10, 2024 and I still do not have a start date for demo and installation. Last email after including my attorney in the process was maybe October. I have been obviously very patient, but not any longer. I would like to be on the schedule sooner that October, or start a process of cutting my cost by 10% for each week this is delayed. We contracted with *** on closures of ********************* in May and our install was completed around July 18. Our salesman was *****. From start to finish it was nothing but pain to rest heartache stress and depression. Not only did he feed us the story about good discounts, but there was also a free cruise or condo vacation included. We notified the office and let them know we wanted the cruise and now were getting the runaround. ***-contracted out to another company, called about concerns about missing support beams the sun- contractor had to buy, didnt come with the other manufactured parts, was told that was normal and if I had other questions to call corporate. Had I known it was going to be sun-contracted out, I would have found someone else for a cheaper price

I selected this company because I was going by the good reviews Sad to say I wish I would if selected a different company to get my enclosure done The instal date had to be rescheduled a couple times do to Material not arriving on time, I started paying on it before it was installed. Yikes what a mistake I made trusting this company or at least this branch! Months after install and I still can’t get a hold of a single person to call, text, or email me back! I paid $10k to get an unfinished porch and no communication! One door arrived broken out of 4- the kicker is that I only ordered 2 doors & that’s being blamed on my salesmen for ordering incorrectly. BUYER BEWARE, Patio Enclosures, based out of Ohio and has satellite offices around the United States, is one of the most poorly run companies in America. They have no respect for the consumer. They do not honor their warranty and their workmanship is absolutely terrible. A rating of "1" is way too high. I foolishly paid way to much for very poor quality materials and even worse workmanship during the installation. I have been communicating with the company for the past seven months. The finished product looks nice, but it should not have taken 8 months to produce a 12 x 12 room with no heating or air conditioning. Workers were OK, but communication was terrible as was the initial encounter.
