WOULD NOT RECOMEND STARTED THIS PRODJECT IN MARCH AND STILL NOT COMPLETE .

When you requested the * wall be updated to match the A wall, we agreed on the upgrade and the associated cost, which required ordering new material. All current units are installed, fully functioning, and looking good. I made a huge mistake using this company. It's been over a year. I paid for 15 windows and am still waiting for 2 sashes for one of the windows, promised me by **** ******. ******* ******* is supposed to be area supervisor. NEVER returned my calls or emails. ONLY time I got her to respond is when I stopped payments; then I got excuses about her medical ************* crew would come late and leave early because one of the guys had to take his child back and forth to school, so 3-4 work days. 3 day job took 3 weeks. I have contacted Patio Enclosures (Great Day Improvements) 5 times, 3 phone calls and twice by using their website service form. No response from 2 of those and the 3 times they did respond, they told me someone would be contacting me in 1-2 business days. I was never contacted. I have a 22 year old 3 season wall installed by Patio Enclosures, the sliding patio door no longer opens easily and I was asking them if they could fix the door. the 3rd time I called, I even told them they could answer me with a simple yes or no. I worked with Great Day Improvements on a quote for a project under their Patio Enclosures umbrella. They were 1 of 5 quotes I received for my project. They were the only company to send a pushy salesman to my home, rather than an experienced contractor, and their quote came in at more than $100,000 over the other quotes we'd received. I mentioned to the salesman, *** ********, multiple times that this would need to be reviewed by my husband before decisions were made, but he continued to try and pressure me to sign anyway. ... read more

Not order we placed. Forced upon us. More than 10 months have expired since placing order. Last delivery date was 7/7/25- no one showed and it has been 14 days since we heard from anyone. They are very difficult to deal with. No contact to advise of pending delays.

The local company is horrible at customer service 10 months later and I am still trying to get items fixed. During construction my house was flooded and still waiting on proper repairs of paint and ceiling. Still need doors and windows fixed. Company is horrible at warranty items

I had a pool enclosure installed and ran into an issue with payment because of my insurance company and had the claim go into litigation. I was very transparent with my contractor who subcontracted the enclosure to Great day which was also informed of the situation. They still put a lien on my house and then after I paid them it took them 4 months to release the lien. They never provided me with any paperwork about my warranty or anything. I had an $18k patio enclosure built. I've had several issues and always have a very difficult time getting someone on the phone to make a service call. I recently had a panel become exposed which shouldn't have happened and finally had someone come out. We noticed other issues which may explain the leaks I started recently experiencing. The service tech was supposed to come back because he didn't have the parts. However, I've called several times to see if he's going to come out and I think he blocked my number. Poor communication with customer and apparently suppliers. Parts ordered, arrive with incorrect measurements. Customer is unaware until days before install, and project gets stalled for several more weeks. Contract was signed in February 2025 an in late June 2025, project is not complete.
