I recently had a sun room installed by Patio Enclosures and completely wished I had not chosen them for the job. The experience was far from satisfactory. The craftsmanship was subpar, with uneven seams, shoddy framing and a lack of attention to detail. **************** is definitely lacking. I had to call them every step of the way. Emails were not answered in a timely manner or outright ignored. The project was pretty simple. Increase the size of my original concrete patio and screen it in. I was told that it would take 5-6 months to complete. This is month number 9 and its still not completed. *******************, f/k/a ******************************************, Great Day Improvements, LLC d/b/a ********* Custom Contracting, et al, was a defendant in a 2021 lawsuit in ************, *******, due to a failed patio installation. They lost the case, resulting in a summary judgment against them in April 2021. As of February 2025, a garnishment is on record to collect on the judgment.

My Aluminum patio cover turned out to be Aluminum foil covered Styrofoam. I could have had a whole building built for half the price. Totally over priced. The company has refused to give me an itemized invoice to explain the aceptionaly high price. Buyers beware.

I DO NOT recommend Patio Enclosures. They made the wrong windows twice because they didnt follow the contract. The project was delayed and I got no response from the sales *** or the Project Manager when I sent an email outlining the multiple issues which included delays, mistakes in manufacturing and billing. Their mistakes caused delays past what in the contract. However, they were expensive and very prompt in billing.

We are at over 18 months post contract and Great Day has still not broken ground on my patio project. There were definitely delays for meeting city code but I did all the other work and preparation for meeting code over 8 months ago and I am still waiting for Great Day to set a date and break ground. Consumers need to be protected with the time value of money being taken into account.

Run as fast as you can away from this company. They sub out the job to local contractors and mark everything up. You will NOT receive a fair rate on the project. They give you an option to finance without checking your credit score at a stupid rate of like 9%. They make up numbers push people in making deals with arbitration clauses. Overall, what a disappointment!The good: The salesman was excellent, easy to work with and I don't feel we were pressured in any way. Big problem. Sunroom has been great, except the door out to the porch. It needs an adjustment as it doesnt latch and is very hard to open. It should not be a big operation for them. The problem is that all my attempts to contact them have been completely ignored, even to the point where the only time Ive been able to talk to someone in customer service, in the middle of my calm explanation, I was hung up on.Evidently, they dont stand behind their work!
