Not reliable, delay after delay with idiotic excuses, untruthful promises. Do not do business with this maze of numerous companies find a good local independent contractor. It's been 6 months for 3 windows and 2 storm doors. Still not done and just $24,000 later, not worth the time or money
We had Patio Enclosures replace our screened lanai. This was a total of $15,000. When the work was completed, there were issues that had not been taken care of. Quality issues. Downspout will not work because the hole is not cut in the gutters. Things were not provided as a part of the room as per the agreement. Is there a zero star review? We have been in limbo with this company since the beginning of this year. We contracted them in April of this year and they said our CAD drawings would be done in 2 weeks. No calls and several weeks later an we had left numerous messages and was unable to get anyone to call us back. In fact, their number often goes in a loop where you can hit any option and it just frustratingly goes back to the beginning. Spoke with *** at Home Show asking if they installed windows on a manufactured home, *** said they do not. However, before I could get 10 steps away another *** stated they do work on manufactured home. While we love our sunroom always so disappointed at businesses standing behind product. ***** warranty on window lock mech. Company charges ****** for service call. So sad....they consider that a reasonable chg to repair something that should not malfunction in that short time span. Businesses.....support your product!!!

We understand it can be frustrating to learn that a service call would cost additional but as stated in the contract you signed, there are costs that are accumulated during service that are not covered under warranty. My husband and I purchased Stanek Windows for our home 30 years ago with the caviat of a lifetime warranty which would be transferable to a new buyer of our home for 10 years from transfer. Great Day acquired Stanek In 2013. We are selling our home so I called to see what needs to be done in order to put the transfer in place for the new owners. We started this on 7/27/24 and it was not "completed" until 09/14/24. I was told by **** ******* that it would be a 2 day job. So in this conversation with **** we went into long detailed talks about the doors. I told him we wanted French doors that I absolutely didn't want sliding doors. The contract between myself and Patio Enclosures/Great Day Improvements was never completed by Patio Enclosures/Great Day Improvements.There are three (3) parts to the contract that were not finished and/or parts to be furnished.Numerous emails, texts, and now letters have been sent to these two companies and the above three items have not been remedied therefore the contract has not been completed. Its been a nightmare from the first day of arriving to job site. No communication between contractors and customer. Continues to have excuses for not preforming what is approved by contract. They have 3rd party contractors that dont even communicate between themselves which in turn covered up electrical wiring without rough in inspection now they have to do a tear out of the ceiling. Its been 8 months since signing contract and still its incomplete. I do not approve of this company.
