I have been waiting for 13 months for Patio Enclosures to START the job at my house. It is one rationale after the other. They state it is engineering or permits, architectural modifications, etc. A mall could have been built by now. Plus, the communication on what is happening is awful. So disappointed in this company. We have leaks from the get go. I had to call many times to get a response. It took several weeks for them to come back out to fix the leaks. However the worker left saying not to check for leaks for a few days because he used cement in one area. A few days later we checked for leaks and we still have leaks. Also, two of our screens were creased. There is no product management checking before sending out or the guys that build it are not careful. Im disappointed with the lack of communication from this company. Subcontracted installers showed without notification. I made them come back with notification first. Install 6 March 2025. Contractors spoke NO English, there was no interpreter. Knowingly installed window with broken seal, two torn screens and installed the door improperly, made numerous holes for the pneumatic door closer. Don't waste your money on this company!! They completed my project approximately 2 months ago. I will say the installers did a great job. However, there was a defect on one of my sliding doors that I was told would be fixed. TWO MONTHS LATER!!! nothing has been done about this issue. Where do I start? Overpriced. Delayed installation. Ordered in April, they installed in December after failing to deliver the correct materials THREE times. Three deliveries of windows that were the wrong size, one in June, one in September, and one in December. They started the second installation by cutting screens and leaving them for three months before returning. One of the worse experiences I've had with a business. We signed a contract for an Enclosure in Dec 2024, we were told the install would happen in Feb2025. The instill team came out with the wrong glass but installed it anyone and one large piece of glass was missing so they installed a big piece of plastic which allows water to leak into the Sunroom. My experience with patio Enclosure has been the worst experience i had with a business. We payed for them to come close our nation since October of 2024 now we on April 2025 we still haven't get anything done. Communication is ****, very unprofessional. All i want at this point is my refund.

Got a design and a quote from Patio Enclosures *************** of Great Day). They required a down payment of 1/3 total cost. After three weeks, Patio Enclosures informed me that they could not build as designed and offered an alternate design for our enclosure. We do not care for the redesign and cancelled our order.
