An integral part of our contract with Great Day Improvement (GDI) to install a Sunroom was to obtain the required permit. From May 2024 to-date no work was ever started and they never applied for the permit. A permit is required in the state that we reside. We were charged a specific fee during consultation for the same. The Managers at *** apparently are too busy to talk to their clients. I bought a house with an attached sunroom built by Patio Enclosures **** I Spoke with someone in service, and she said they would talk to us about repair, or replacement of the leaking roof. The person came out, Caulked not even a quarter of the roof, it leaked again immediately after being assured it would not leak. They charged my card without giving any receipts or invoices, and they will not answer any calls, or call me back after leaving a message I would not use Patio Enclosures **** again.

If the repair could be completed within an hour, the cost would remain $250. Patio Enclosures working with great day improvements have taken so far 7 months and still no sun room they have no problem taking thousands of dollars and everyone one you talk to has a different lie and excuse. asked several time to just return my money and they wont it now time for a Lawyer.

We encountered many issues with this company. First, we were told our sunroom would be built in a week. It was not finished for 3 1/2 months. They contract the electric to a company in ******* called ******************. The electrician showed up and did nothing for several visits, saying he could not do the job alone. He would insult the guys from Great Day, saying they didn't build it right and were terrible at their jobs. He finally shows up with a coworker. One week and one day ago I tried to reach out to Stanek windows concerning two of the window panes in my sun room failing. (The seals are broken on those two window panes.). Time after time I have tried to get a return call from them to send over the technicians to measure the Teo failed windows for a warranty claim, but as of today, September 27, 2024, not one employee has called back, not ONE. Terrible company. Signed contract in July,2024 for a *******. Company then overcharged me significantly on the down payment by thousands of $. Took way too long to resolve. They then dropped the ball on scheduling measurements (told one date only to be told the day before that date was not properly scheduled, had to reschedule). Made a change after measurements. ***** ****** representing Patio Enclosures contracted to replace my existing patio enclosure that was damaged in a storm. Contract was signed April 10, 2024 and I still do not have a start date for demo and installation. Last email after including my attorney in the process was maybe October. We contracted with *** on closures of ********************* in May and our install was completed around July 18. Our salesman was *****. From start to finish it was nothing but pain to rest heartache stress and depression. Not only did he feed us the story about good discounts, but there was also a free cruise or condo vacation included. We notified the office and let them know we wanted the cruise and now were getting the runaround. ***-contracted out to another company, called about concerns about missing support beams the sun- contractor had to buy, didnt come with the other manufactured parts, was told that was normal and if I had other questions to call corporate. Had I known it was going to be sun-contracted out, I would have found someone else for a cheaper price
