Hard to reach anyone for help. Project is still not done after working for 10months in the end stages and still not completed.

Horrible experience. License expired and took months to resolve. Would schedule appointments and no sho no call. Destroyed my gutters and now I have huge puddles every time it rains. Screen has a hole. Poor customer service. Would not recommend to my worse enemy.

The worst company we have ever had the displeasure of working with. We were going to enclose an existing screen porch and turn it into a 3 seasons room. GDI, stated that because the existing structure was there and all they had to do was install windows, this was right in their wheelhouse. When we questioned their quoted 4-6 weeks to get the work complete, they told us that since they manufactured their own glass, they have no supply chain issues. This company is a fraud! Empty promises and no delivery. They hide behind a contracts full of arbitration clauses that strip you as a consumer from any kind of ability to get what you think you paid for. The sales reps will make empty promises and the delivery/timelines/what you actually receive is absolutely fraud. The materials they advertise to you and the promises they make are empty. Very unpleasant unprofessional never seen anyone other than the initial sale

Worst company we ever dealt with - we signed a contract for a sun room in November of 2021 but was not completed until July of 2022. We had numerous issues during all phases of this project. Work crews using our back yard for their personal ash tray. Crews showing up for a couple of hours and not seen again for days. We had to constantly reach out to GDI to get a time frame on crew return. Poor quality workmanship / short cuts that took repeated returns to correct those issues. This experience was a total nightmare - we were originally told the project would take 3 to 4 weeks to complete and seven plus months later there are still some unresolved issues even though they were paid in full because they were threatening liens, etc. There were issues from the beginning - design flaws that took weeks to resolve - workers showing up for a day or two and not seen again for weeks...attempts to short-cut work...work that had to be re-done because of short-cutting -the product quality is not what is was port... read more

Sad totally pathetic, I spent $25,000 on a totally waste of a 3 season room.Totally a waste of my money.They did send people over to try to correct the situation, but to no avail. I purchased their Patio Enclosers product for a 3 season room. I have heat inside the room and a ceiling fan blowing for circulation to stop condensation nothing is stopping it. I also purchased double pane glass for more warmth in the room but all the metal frames are frozen with ice .There is no reason for this other than poor quality of the wind... read more

Overall experience was not great at all. The project started without notification (on 9/2) and while we were on vacation. Once returning home and seeing what was started, we noticed the ceiling structure would not allow us to place a fan in the middle of our patio like it was designed. The electrician came out and kindly held off on installing our electrical work due to the layout not making sense.
