Horrible customer service once youve bought into their project. It took 5 builds/5 months for them to complete . Would not even expedite the process. Terrible business practice for customer service. When you spend 25k towards a project you would think customer service is their leading tool for marketing. A total failure on their part.

I would not recommend anyone to go with this company. They started the project in March was shut down because they hadnt got a permit then it finally got finished in June. The communication in between was horrific. There was none if I wanted to know anything I had to continually call them the person who does the scheduling was not aware of what was going on either they werent communicating with him just about him Everyone I talk to said their communication was terrible. This company will not honor their guarantee, it's not worth the paper it's printed on. I contracted with them to install a screened room on my 10x20 back porch at almost 12K cost.. When installed it consisted of 8 sliding doors and 4 permanent door screens plus transoms at the top. The screening was a disgrace on installation. All was creased, dented and had a few holes starting in the aluminum mesh. It was reported to the company immediately, in turn they replaced one door panel only. We have also saw this issue numerous times with birds damaging the screens by flying into them, just how they do with very clean windows. I bought a home in April of 2021 and in May 2021 signed a contract to have my patio enclosed with the screen and glass sliding windows and doors. I have had 2 years of nothing but problems since then. The 1st time they came out to install everything was not to correct size. The installers went and purchased lumber to make my patio fit their parts. WRONG! That is not what I ordered plus the doors and windows opened on the side and were not the size ordered. Dear ******************* and *********************, I ordered the installation of my patio enclosure in January 2023. The initial installation was incomplete and had many flaws. The second repair group came towards the end of February, where they realized they had to order doors because the doors were installed backward. I was out of the country Feb 28 thru Mar 25. Do not get their services, Patio enclosures and Great Day Improvements LLC! Save yourself from the trouble of their poor customer service especially with ************************** at their office. She is arrogant and no customer relations skills at all! They did not finish my home improvement project on time. They installed the wrong cord color for my blinds! There were long days of interruptions between their visits to finish our home improvement!

I am a subcontractor working for a great day LLC in Birmingham Alabama. I recently just started in my first two jobs that I had took weeks for to get paid and I still haven't I keep getting excuses on why I'm not getting paid. We went with this company because they area national brand and said they would be able to get the build done in a timely manner. I found out they where lying to me about the permits after 9 months when I went to the county building myself and found out they had not even started the permit process. Then I had to track down why they didn't have the right paper work. I found out the reason, their management skills are terrible. My husband and I sought to enclose our patio and make a four-season room. He met with 10 different companies with the clear goal of a FOUR season room, including the ability to insulate the ceiling, install a heated floor, and use during the winter. ****** came to our home and showed us a product that was insulated with the windows coming all together as one unit.
