I selected this company because I was going by the good reviews Sad to say I wish I would if selected a different company to get my enclosure done The instal date had to be rescheduled a couple times do to Material not arriving on time, I started paying on it before it was installed. Which I was ok with it but since day one I had problems with the sliding door the installers came back out and fixed fixed the problem it it was ok for a minute and it started again the sales person came out exchanged something else and it was o... read more

Yikes what a mistake I made trusting this company or at least this branch! Months after install and I still can’t get a hold of a single person to call, text, or email me back! I paid $10k to get an unfinished porch and no communication! One door arrived broken out of 4- the kicker is that I only ordered 2 doors & that’s being blamed on my salesmen for ordering incorrectly. BUYER BEWARE, Patio Enclosures, based out of Ohio and has satellite offices around the United States, is one of the most poorly run companies in America. They have no respect for the consumer. They do not honor their warranty and their workmanship is absolutely terrible. A rating of "1" is way too high. The finished product looks nice, but it should not have taken 8 months to produce a 12 x 12 room with no heating or air conditioning. Workers were OK, but communication was terrible as was the initial encounter.

Horrible experience. The first crew sent out was so bad that on the fourth day I called for an inspection. They came and looked and said it all needs to be torn down and started over. The second crew was fantastic, and finished in a day and a half, including the tear down. When I called to ask for a price adjustment since they sent people out who did not know what they were doing it was absolute total refusal. **** told me that problems can be unexpected in construction and **** re-emphasize that. Poor communication throughout this process. Windows ordered in June are not completely installed, although completely paid for. We're told an error was made which is the delay. Installers were great. Scheduler and Operations Administrator poorly communicate. I have reached out to the scheduling supervisor and am waiting for a response. My next step is the Better Business Bureau. Signed a contract the end of September. Told an inspector would be out within a week or so. Told the patio enclosed room would be completed by the beginning of December. The secretary has set up meetings for this inspection and when Ive called to confirm the day or two ahead she then stated he couldnt make it this has happened twice. Then rescheduling was another couple of weeks out. Yesterday was another appointment and whenever I called during the week I was put on music. No one answered. We signed a contract to have our Patio enclosed with Patio Enclosures/ Great Day Improvements in on March 16th 2023. We finally got a completion on the project in September 2023 however, since completion we have reported leaks. They have been paid the full amount for the installation but now are ignoring or requests for fixing the leaks. Beware. We had a very good experience with Stanek Windows many years ago in a previous house so decided to use the company that purchased them, Great Day Improvements. The windows and doors we had installed in February had some product and installation problems that we noticed and informed them of on the day they were put in. We are now several months away from that day and still have not had the problems fully fixed. Calls go unanswered, voicemails and emails dont get returned.
