Bad customer service, not communication at all!!
3 hours and 20 minutes for an oil change with an appointment
This was my 1st service with Patriot. I was texted a link to check the status of the service, this didn't work. I finally called to see how much time was remaining & was told that my vehicle had been ready for a while... a call notifying me would've been a nice gesture. Went to pick up my vehicle and the weather was complete downpour this day, the service guys had left my vehicle outside WITH the window down... Really nice. Did not fix the problem could not find anything wrong with it after two days,the jeep is our only vehicle so can not leave it there thanks
My lower engine cover was missing a couple of screws so my shield was dragging had to get a new one notice a coolant residue they never told me
I was there over 2 hrs for an oil change/tire rotation. They told me, less than an hour wait time (LOL) I even made an appointment.
Took 5 days to run diagnostics on my 2024 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon with only 9200 miles on it. Vehicle had a complete electrical failure and had to be towed to dealership. Dealership didn't communicate with us for 3 days before having to show up in person to get answers. Salesperson was rude to my husband and asked if we wanted to deal with another service person instead. Their trucks were incorrectly documented as a wrong model on the website.
They took over 2 hours to change my oil, then rotated tires without telling me and didnt reprogram my tpms sensors. Still have the cracked rims on the truck that it was sold to me with and they still refuse to make it right after multiple attempts.
