The people were great, however the that were supposed to be rotated were not. It pays to mark your tires for this very reason.
Service work was OK. But they left my truck in a mess. My glove box stuff was still all over the floorboard of the car and they didn't reset my oil and fuel filter percent remaining.
Horrible experience. Vehicle took 3 weeks to get back and they didn't do anything.
HATE THE SERVICE tried to play some games and I just went some where else
The car i contacted them about was sold before I arrived. I even messaged the dealer about the vehicle and was told I could come up to look at it. Over an hour drive for no reason.
Awful- they tried to send me away without repairing. The problem returned within 48 hours. It's impossible to get anyone on the phone or to return a call. Do NOT use this dealership.
Just went in for an oil change but I asked the service advisor to check the engine, which is leaking fluid. When I went to pick up my vehicle, they had not checked for the leak and basically ignored by request. Very disappointed as this we my first visit under the new dealer ownership.
I appreciate the promptness of cleaning my new ride up. But it was a rushed job. Sorry
I spent $320.+for them to tell me there was no codes coming up in the diagnosis but the car stills stop on it's own at stop lights and there's a screw going through the oil pan that prevents me from getting a oil change It didn't pick that up
