HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Couldn't be happier with Jacob's service! We lost our A/C last night and knew today would be miserable if we couldn't get someone out. I called Patriot becuase they were a small business with an A rating. My AC was not working and they were out within 2 hours of the call. Jacob was kind, courteous, and quickly found the problem. My AC was up and running within 30 minutes. He also anchored my outdoor water faucet back into the wall at no charge! I called Monday they worked Tuesday and finished on Wednesday. They were very courteous and went to bat for me with the furnace company dealing with the warranty and overall were just great to work with. They replaced parts on the furnace.
We needed a new air conditioner as ours had a leak somewhere and was using the old R22 refrigerant. We received bids from several companies, and Patriot was the cheapest at the end of the process. I had to find a company I was comfortable with their knowledge and approach, and also the price of course. Patriot fit that description. Everything they did for me was top-notch! They then showed us information of the upcoming regulation changes that will affect new heaters and how we could save money by moving earlier rather than later. Very professional and friendly! Heater was not coming on so we looked on Angies list and found Patriot. They Showed up quickly - fixed the issue.
My wife and I had been considering replacing our 27 year old Trane furnace and AC because of the EPA mandate taking effect in 2013. Patriot, regularly services the air conditinoing and heating, after inspection they found leaks in the air conditioner and mold in the furnace. Jake, was very knowledgeable, had articles for back up information, andwas neat and clean on location. He called before arriving at site. Jake, is pleasant and did not use anyprofanity. Replaced air conditioning and furnace.
After receiving various quotes, I called Patriot Heating and A/C. Jake came out the same day I called and completed the work that same day.Jake was very personable and professional. He put on shoe covers before entering my home. He explained what needed to be done and how much it would be before fixing the problem.I highly recommend this master technician for his unbeatable price! My furnace wasn't working. After performing a diagnostic,Jake determined the ignitor was bad and there were issues with the flame sensor.
