I have had several other companies out to provide an estimate, with prices ranging from $5700(Patriot) per system to almost $10,000 (Anthony) per system. I went with Patriot because they were not only the least expensive, but they also were the only ones that we providing me options based upon the expected time I was going to be in the house and the current usage and price patterns. It has been great. I have never had any issues with them. They are very punctual, and they are there when they say they are going to be there. They stick to the quotes they give you. I have a service warranty with them. He encourages American made products and I think that is great. They did maintenance on all the heaters. I have 3 heaters in my house.
It turned out great. I was referred to them by another friend. They have overall just done a great job. They made sure I got a quality product, and I appreciate that. They installed a HVAC unit and they also do the maintenance. They have also done repairs on the unit.

We had previously called another company, you know, the one you can leave your keys with, but they never came to the house to even get the keys. We waited 3 days in the heat and they kept putting us off, or not even knowing anything about us. So we called Patriot at 2:00pm and they came promptly at 5:00pm. Jacob is so courteous and so efficient. We will tell our friends and relatives about Patriot. Repaired our air condition.
Called to make a appointment, and he was able to come out that day! Showed up on time. We showed him the problems that our inspectors had told us to look into. He then explained everything to use very thoroughly, and gave up a decent quote. We will defiantly go back to this company in the future. Came and checked out the furnace and water heater at a home that we plan to purchase. The quote he gave to fix the problem was very reasonable, and we plan to use this company when/if we buy the home!
First of all I forgot to write a review in June, But when I spoke with Jake about the annual heater adjustment I remembered how smooth the whole job went. They were extremely professional ,on time , efficient , and cleaned up everything. Was refreshing to hire a contractor that I didn't have to birddog. Replaced entire heat/cool system
Seemed to be thorough. Answered all my questions. Went with Angie's list because I believe many businesses in this profession, actually do little checking or adjustment. 12/19/2013: Update: Turned on the attached Humidifier located on the furnace and serviced by Patriot. Drain hose had been left unattached and I didn't see it. Well, several days of humidifying my home and I had a portion of my basement flooded and carpet SOAKED. Jake really put my mind at ease about the work he was doing even though he knew I was a little upset that it wasn't covered by warranty. He carefully showed me why the product was the cause and not one of the warrantied items, then threw in a check up on the system to go with it. Only mild annoyance was a yard sign left in my front yard to throw away, but no big deal. Troubleshot my non-running air conditioner, quickly discovered it was a bad thermostat board.
