I am writing this review a couple weeks after the work was done. First off let me tell you that Jacob is one of the finest persons I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. He was courteous, honest, and very personable. He gave us a couple of estimates for a new furnace and ac. He never once pressured us on which to pick, answered every question we had. Jake and his technician were prompt and professional. Jake was very informative on how to maintain a furnace and air conditioner to maximize the life of both. The provider serviced over 300 furnaces for a housing cooperative.

We contacted Jacob thru Angies list, I will say he is the most professional, polite, thorough individual we have ever had do work for us. He came out on a Saturday when our Furnace stopped working. He replaced a blown fuse and set up a new thermostat that had went bad. He answered every question we had and was extremely skilled. He will now be my go to company for any heating/cooling problems. Very impressed Came out to repair furnace that had stopped middle of the night

It went great! Patriot Heating and Cooling is exemplary in service, professionalism, and price. They are extremely knowledgeable in their trade and can answer questions in concise understandable terms. If you need a heating and air company that you can trust, look no further. Patriot will stand behind their products and workmanship. Conducted regular maintenance on the HVAC system and installed a new faucet in the front of the house.

unknown My husband and I were very impressed with Jacob's professionalism. He clearly stated the process, explained the services being rendered and described his experience and qualifications. He then followed through with everything he stated and was punctual. We were grateful that he presented options.

After a big storm we called Jacob and he came right over within about 30 minutes. Our sump pump had stopped and there was 3 to 4 inches of water in our basement. He put in an American made sump pump, and even helped us clean up the floor. Then he suggested a battery back up for the sump pump and he put one in a couple of days later. Thank goodness he did because a few days later the electricity went off for a few hours, so the battery back up sure did come in handy. I called Jacob to inspect my air conditioner,He then discovered a part of the unit was rusting out,unit was too large(using too much electricity) & not a good brand.While he was here,I had him check by older furnace.He discovered black mold growing in the vent & basement smelled damp.He recommended humidifier & u/v light for the furnace.I knew the furnace needed to be replaced & air conditioner could last another year.But it was not worth putting any more money in it.
