It went great. I have used Patriot Heating and Cooling for 3 years now.They have also recently replaced my furnace and A/C unit. They were competitively priced, on time, clean and neat with clean up. If only all service contractors where like this. I have recommended them to others and they have felt the same way. I had them recently install new hot water heaters in my house and they as always did a great job.
Jacob (owner) was on time and went right to the problem. Had to pay a little more because of the holiday but, it was well worth it. Thanks Jacob. Will use again in the future. AC went out Sunday evening before Labor Day.
This is who you should call FIRST if you need any service for AC or furnace. Jacob came out on a Sunday morning quickly after we called when our AC wasn't working. He explained all the work he would do and pricing up front and in detail. He is very honest, hardworking and friendly. Extremely reasonable pricing. We are in our 40's and this is our fourth home and this is the best AC/Furnace company we have ever used. The provider repaired our air conditioning unit, and replaced several parts.
I emailed details of the work I wanted done and received an estimate within hours. I responded with additional questions and received an updated estimate the next morning from the owner of the company. I agreed on the price and the owner of the company then scheduled a time with my tenant to look at the house. He arrived on time, did the site survey, and quickly sent a final quote. They were very prompt and very professional explaining what needed to be done to get my AC working. I've hesitated a long time in writing this review because I'm torn. I payed to have the coolant recharged, but that didn't fix the problem. It was explained to me several times that the problem is my unit is to big for my house. That still doesn't make sense to me and I've since spoken to other HVAC people that have told me that couldn't be the problem. unknown I had purchased the $39.00 Diagnostic deal. I really had not read it properly. I wanted to have a yearly "checkup" on my air conditioner. They were very nice and explained what I had actually purchased online was not what I thought. I went ahead and had them check the unit and was very happy with their job. I also bought a Energy saving Maintenance Agreement for $120.00.
unknown Jake replaced our entire heating and cooling system. He answered many questions via phone or in person over the course of a month before we made a decision. He was always courteous and made the time to make sure we clearly understood the various systems so we could make an informed decision. The owner, Jake, arrived early for the appointment, was his usual friendly, polite and professional self and did not only the HVAC service check but reinspected the water heater, etc. Jake has been my HVAC service guy for over 8 years and I have recommended him to all my friends and family in the area.
