Jake left his sticker on my furnace the last time he came out to fix my furnace (A+ work, as well!) . I noticed it said 'Plumbing' on it as additional services, and because I was so pleased with my last experience with Patriot, I called him up to fix my mess (I had tried to take apart my shower valve to stop a drip, but hard water made it too much for me to handle). They were on time,neat & came by the next day to check the furnace for me.They had installed a new air condioner for me this summer & when the piping in the attic froze caused a leak on the ceiling.I called them again.They replaced the piping & found the furnace was improperly installed.I am so thankful for their hard work & dedication. Installed new furnace,piping,thermostat,redid duct work.
Jacob is a real professional. The turn up went pretty much as expected, except he recommended repairs which were not necessary and would have been extremely costly - a deal killer. Back to my old company! Fall tune up of furnace.

a/c was on the fritz in May and needed an expensive repair and although it was only as old as the house, 13 years, had been told before by another company a year or two before that I was reaching the end of the life of this particular heat pump unit. Jake from Patriot had confirmed that to be true. Long story short, received two bids and ultimately went with Jake and his company Patriot to replace the heat pump I had with a regular AC unit along with new high efficiency furnace and home HEPA air cleaner. Jacob looked over my furnace, replaced the filter on my humidifier and installed a UV light to take care of the mold on the inside of my furnace. Jacob checked out my furnace and humidifier as part of my maintenance schedule. He is very professional, yet so personable and friendly. This was my second experience with Patriot and will never use any other HVAC company. They are very honest, give good explanations of what they are doing and are so nice to be around.
Mr Kenefake arrived on time. He kept me updated on his progress and why he was doing what he did. He was very professional and made me feel comfortable. I will be recommending him to everyone I know. If I need any other work done he will be my first choice. Installed anew furnace and central air. Rewired furnace to a circuit of its' own. Installed new humidifier o furnace.
