The whole list of things I needed at the beginning. Not a little at a time. You have worked with the lawyers before am sure, but I didn’t find out the details until the very end . Which cost me $1000. Danny did the best job that he could possibly do. Never the less, I wasn’t thrilled.

I was referred to Dash by a professional connection that I trusted and was looking forward to a quick and uneventful mortgage refinance. While my initial contact with Paul was excellent, the quality of my experience dropped significantly when I startled working on the refi application with Logan. Things got so bad that I considered taking my business elsewhere, but we eventually got the refi done. A bright spot was Kristina, who came in at the end and did an excellent job of closing the loan.

My loan officer Amanda was not able to answer the questions I had until days later. She would often respond back with a brief answer to one of my questions but would forget the rest of the questions I had. I felt that I needed to reach out to my real estate agent for questions about my loan more than reaching out to Amanda for the help I needed. I wish I was assigned a more experienced loan officer, especially given the fact that I am young and new to the entire home buying & lending experience.

Mortgage coach crystal was very bad she never communicated well said she would call never did lied about baby things like said for taints my payment would be February but now after closing states it would be January basically 20 days after we done closed

COMMUNICATION.....Aaron Richardson was the worst loan person I have ever worked with. He never communicated what was needed until 2 or 3 days until closing. We did this 2 times before we finally closed, Even after we had the clear to close he was still calling at the last minute saying he needed something.. Dash loans may not be a bad place to work with its a shame that one person ruined the whole experience for us. I will say Paul, was great to talk to and he did finally get the job done.

Better communications. I felt in the dark continuously throughout the documentation collection phase through the processing phase. I was at fault for five days of delay in getting our paperwork in and blamed for many more days than that. The result was a change in the closing date from Nov 11 to Nov 25. The initial problem I faced was multiple people asking for financial and some times for the same data. In addition it was not clear to me how to define some of the data requirements, ...

I wasn't provided all the information needed when making a decision to go with down payment assistance. When I reached out to my loan officer they didn't make calling me back a top priority. My real estate agent didn't give me all the information needed when I inquired about repairs that I wanted resolved before I closed on the property. This home buying process was more of a sale for them. They were not up front about key factors and the ball was dropped on more than one issue.

I did not receive any options on my loan. There was no discussion on how we got my rate or if I should pay discount points to drive the rate down lower, etc. I was given a first mortgage and a HELOC to avoid a jumbo but there was no explanation on how a HELOC works and that I would be passed off to a 3rd party contact to join a credit union and deal with it on my own. That contact was never reaching out to me until I asked what was going on with it so we lost valuable time and delayed closing

Communication was great in the beginning. Very informative and quick to respond/process our paperwork. About 3 weeks out from closing, communication decreased drastically. There was a solid week-week and a half where we couldn't get a hold of anyone. Phone calls were not returned, texts and emails went unanswered. Two days before closing we found ourselves scrambling to get everything processed. Final docs came in 20 mins after our closing appointment began. Successful, but lots of stress
