The process was very stressful. Each day I was asked to supply new info. I did not get a copy of the final CD unti the closing day and it came from my realtor not the lender.

Our experience with Dash was incredibly complicated. Our mortgage coach did not communicate well at all and seemed very unorganized. There appeared to be a problem at every turn, even right up to 24 hrs before our closing, that WE had to call the closing attorney and sort out. I would sincerely suggest that you take your business elsewhere.

The whole process took over 6 mos. and 3 customer service reps. The information we sent was lost twice. If it hadn't been for Crystal we would have found a different company. She made this painful process much easier to deal with. Kudos to Crystal for coming up with the solution.

Responses back would have been tremendous. Along with accurate information on timely matters. But, overall it was a learning experience that I will never forget, and they did a great job working with me and my wife.

It was difficult to get someone to answer the phone when I called with questions. Emails were answered swiftly but when I called with questions that I wanted to talk through, I couldn‚Äôt get someone to pick up.

I had a multiple different issues through out my process- the online portal was very clunky, however Amy was very good at allowing me to just email her the documents needed. We were told 1 week before closing our close would require an additional $70k down- this obviously came as a shock to me. I asked multiple questions and found out the reason for the additional cash to close was my debt to income. I asked if I could just pay off some credit cards instead of the additional cash down- we
