Better communication of the team with each other so we didn‚Äôt have to send in info multiple times. Everyone was friendly, but it got too chaotic towards the end, asking for things last minute when there were a couple of weeks of asking us for nothing.

We felt as if we were given the run-around. One person would tell us something and another person would tell us something different. They asked for things that seemed very odd and wanted a power of attorney which we got and then said it could not be used. Lots of uncertainties and unknowns.

We understood that someone leaving the team would cause an impact, but it affected our experience negatively. Instead of receiving everything that we needed at once, we were given items bit by bit every day. A list at the beginning that we needed to complete would have made the experience better. Also, better communication about our status would have been appreciated to prevent surprises.

I believe my loan officer may be new, there seemed to be a lot of miscommunication, a bit unorganized, and incorrect information provided. I was not happy with the over all process, but I am thankful for Paul stepping in and helping correct the situation.
