I feel as if a certain team member ‚Äúdropped the ball‚Äù so to speak, which delayed my closing date. Paul was great to deal with, but unfortunately I wasn‚Äôt able to work with him directly.

I have purchased real estate in 4 states and this was the most invasive process of all of them that I have encountered. Information that was not relevant to our ability to repay a loan was requested. The rationale is always that the information is Government required. If this is so, then I have purchased my last piece of real estate in North Carolina.

The day before closing, we spent the day on the phone with you all and the attorney because the numbers were wrong. The time of closing was going to have to change because of the unpreparedness. Two days before closing, we were getting emails asking about our accounts. This should have been done weeks before closing. We asked if everything was squared away and it clearly was not.

Amy was on it.....there were alot of delays and new forms and more forms and then more forms......and then more.........Amy Laidlaw followed through.....and because of her, and it actually went through, you got a great....don't know if it is the nature of the beast or what.....Paul just wasn't very accessible....if it is a structure thing within the organization, i recommend you fix it....the easy way out is blame Paul..... you will loose money.....that is for sure if it isn't addressed....
