Verified Renter Very nice place to live. It is peaceful and the staff are very nice to me. I would recommend anyone to reside here. The need to get better with security cause of over access from people who do not live here. I also enjoy some of the activities there are. Over all a nice place for families.

Verified Renter It's great here!! Love it! For the most part it's quiet and peaceful. The worst thing are people with their dogs. The don't pick up after their dog.

Verified Renter Pavilion Village is a wonderful place to live. The complex is very safe. There is plenty of lighting on the property at night.. It is very quiet and peaceful at night. The maintenance crew works very fast at repairing things in your apartment.
