Verified Renter It’s amazing. Just wish the gate was fixed sooner rather than later because it would make me feel safer. Maybe we could do something like food truck every Friday in the summer

Verified Renter I have been feeling great about being a resident here at the Pavillion lately. The management seems to be doing everything they can to make this a safe, fun place to live. I enjoy the meet and greets we have which allow us to learn more about who lives in the community. I watch the maintenance guys go around every morning picking up trash that tenants leave on the premises. When I have a maintenance request they are quick to answer the call.

Verified Renter In the almost 2 years living in this apartment complex, I’ve had no real bad experiences! The staff are helpful and kind. The only “complaint” is that more maintenance/handman/woman staff should be hired for repairs to minimize the wait.
