Verified Renter It's great here!! Love it! For the most part it's quiet and peaceful. The worst thing are people with their dogs. The don't pick up after their dog.

Verified Renter Pavilion Village is a wonderful place to live. The complex is very safe. There is plenty of lighting on the property at night.. It is very quiet and peaceful at night. The maintenance crew works very fast at repairing things in your apartment.

Verified Renter This is the first time I have lived in an apartment and it I am very pleased so far LoL it hasn’t been a month yet. maintenance response to work orders within 24 hours for non emergencies a plus.. The only thing is individuals with pets not cleaning up after them. Someone let their dog relieve itself on the walk way and left it.. ???? its not a normal thing around here!!!!
