Fast Move in I’ve had a great experience so far at Peakview Apartments. Geri and London were both fantastic to work with—very responsive, efficient, and thorough in explaining everything throughout the process. They took the time to show me multiple options and really helped me find the layout that best fit my needs, which I appreciated. The complex itself is clean, well-kept, and feels like a comfortable place to call home. Overall, the move-in experience was smooth and positive thanks to their support!

New to the community We are new to the community, but everyone we've interacted with on the staff has been amazing! London has been an excellent point of contact for all of my questions and responds to me in a very timely and pleasant manner. We love the community's appearance and our apartment layout, and we very much look forward to living here.

A wonderful tour My husband and I enjoyed visiting this apartment. London gave us a great tour, explained the pricing well, and the apartment rooms look spacious and comfortable!

Great property and staff! I have lived at Peakview by Horseshoe Lake off and on since 2021 and have loved the entire experience! The office staff is amazing- Geri, Suzie, and London! Any maintenance requests we have, Nikos or Quinn will get to them right away. The property always looks amazing and I love walking my daughter through the community. Highly recommend this community to anyone looking to live in Loveland!

Our year lease at Peakview was Bliss WOW! I have so much to say about our living experience in our 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment! I can't believe how quiet and peaceful it was.
