(Verified Renter) I have had several little things happen in my apartment since I've moved in (toilet handle broke, washing machine stalled, fire alarm squeaking) and each time I've called, maintenance is always there within the day to fix whatever I have needed! Very impressive and 10/10 would recommend this apartment community to a friend or family!

Amazing! My family and I have been renting here for about 2 years now. Suzie in the leasing office goes above and beyond to accommodate our family, maintance requests get answered almost immediately and resolved right away. From looking around to other apartment buildings, there’s no question that peakview by horseshoe lake is the best quality and value in Loveland.
