Great Office Management My twin Kathy, rented an apt at Peakview since 2020. She just recently moved to Denver. I can see why she hated to leave! Geri and Susie are first rate! They represent your Company exceptionally well! Always professional, gracious, courteous and kind! Their job doesn’t look that easy but the property is well managed, pleasant and secure! This is the Place to be! Peakview by Horseshoe Lake really has it together! From the staff in the office, helping me with all kinds of questions to the maintenance staff assisting me with whatever I needed!, This is the place to live! Quiet, beautiful, centrally located for walks, bike rides and shopping. It truly is the place to be. :)

Incredible Maintenance/Management Staff My girlfriend and I have been living at Peakview for about 2 months now, and we cannot say enough positives about the staff here. When we first moved in, there were a few maintenance issues (e.g. leaky faucet, toilet pump needed replacement, small ripped section of carpet, and a few other small things). Professional and Responsive Staff Starting with the friendly and competent Suzie in the Leasing office and Rob and Nikos on the Maintenance team, the Peakview staff has been both professional and responsive when dealing with issues and requests that have required their attention. Of note, has been their excellent communication. IRT is fortunate to have them on staff.

Great affordable place to live Peakview has been very good to us. Whenever we have an issue and need maintenance, Rob and Nykos are very quick to come and fix what's wrong, we do not have to wait weeks to have something taken care of. The office staff is amazing. Geri, Emily, and Suzie are superb and really care about your needs and pocket. Overall a great experience, we have lived in two units here, and love the area as well. Beautiful trees surround the complex, walking paths for me and my puppy, and tons of parking spaces... read more

Helpful staff Just moved back in here, very welcoming staff! Emily helped me with my application and made the process go very smooth. Highly recommend if you are looking for a place to stay in Loveland.

Very Helpful and Friendly The staff was very welcoming and friendly. They listened carefully and answered questions to the best of their abilities. Suzie was wonderful to us and was able to get us into our lovely new home quick and effectively. It was a rare occurrence that my fiance and I applied and was able to move in within two days. I do plan on returning to this review to add on as our lease progresses.

Maintenance team the best in the country!!! Dan and Robert are the best maintenance team in the country. And it’s not close. We have lived all over the country; and a work order takes a minimum of a week anywhere we have lived… then they never come on time, make false promises and then let your work fall to the wayside. Not here….!!! You put in a work order and that work gets done day of or next morning without batting an eye.
