Not really designed for younger kids. There are no toys in the waiting area and they were going to make my son wait almost an hour to see the doctor. He is two and only has an attention span for sitting still and waiting of about 30 minutes. They told me I could see another doctor so I wouldn't have to wait as long. The Doctor we did see was very nice but I think I will look for another office that is a little smaller and doesn't make me feel as though I am on an assembly line.

The waiting time is insane!! 2 hrs of waiting! The staff and the docs are nice though.

As I sit here with my 2.5 year old for now going on an 2 hours just to get the required Florida forms for school...after being called this morning to be told the doctor that I was originally scheduled to see -with an appropriate made over a month ago...I can say that I will not be coming back to this practice...deplorable

First thing I noticed when I walked in this place for my son's appointment is that it is a high volume mill. They hoard everyone in at the front window like an amusement ride. Same thing checking out. However, that is not why I rated this one star. We brought our 5 day old son for a routine visit and explained we wanted to get a circumcision. My daughters have been patients over 13years, I always make appointments first in the morning. Your time management is terrible. This business needs help with time, the majority of parents work and you have no respect for your patients TIME!!!! Last week I had a 7:45am appt and left at 9:45.

Terrible experience. .. my appointment was 35 minutes ago. My son is sick and we are still in waiting area. I don't know how anyone can give this place a good review.. you would get quicker help in an emergency room with no appointment. Still waiting now 40 minutes. . Unacceptable. ..this is not the first time this has taken this long...

Overall, the staff itself has been nice; however, you often wait at least half an hour, even if you are the first appointment after lunch (when presumably, the doctor would be back). My biggest issue right now is that they have refused to give me a referral for insurance purposes. If your child gets sick between 5 PM and 6 PM, during the time when the Boca office here is closed (5 PM) and their Urgent Care in Coral Springs (30 minutes away from where I live, by the way!) has yet to open (6 PM) and they are, thus, unable ... read more
Although we love Dr. Marcus, dealing with this location is terrible. - We almost always wait for 45 min or longer. Last we'll visit, we left after waiting over an hour with no guarantee that we'd be seen in the next hour. - I have no confidence in the medical assistants. There is a high turn over & I've found them doing things wrong on a few occasions. - Every time I've called with a question they make me come in & then the Dr says that I didn't need to come in. The doctor Sally Chen is very good. But the staff is VERY BAD. We called and confirmed that they accept Florida Blue, but ended up paying a bill. DONOT GO unless you are rich and 100% sure your insurance will cover you up.
