Every person i talked to except for kaitlyn really seemed like they knew what they were doing. Patricia Nicholas was great and super helpful. All of the people i talked to over the 1800 number were helpful and would look over documents and give me suggestions on what the underwriter is looking for. When i would ask kaitlyn these type of question i always would have to wait 3 or more days for an answer (which i wouldnt wait i would calll the 1800 number and they would help).
