Only a few minor communication issues; otherwise, process was smooth, mostly digital (which I appreciated), and expectations were clearly communicated.

Chaix was able to clarify some misinterpretations in the loan and got me on the right track with what I was trying to do.
I realize there were a lot of moving parts to bring my loan processing to closing in the required time frame. But it seemed like I had to do a lot of the leg work myself to keep things moving, and I had to engage Lara Leighton for additional support. Maybe if Nicole had better, tighter interface with the underwriting team could have had her playing less the role of postman, and more of my advocate.
