Listen to customer and address their questions and requests. Pay attention to detail on the loan documents and get familiar the related laws and regulations. Don’t let customer educate you about the loan process.

Not having several different people telling me several different things..documents or disclosures never matched what was initially talked about. My closing statements even said one closing amount and at the closing table was another. Still waiting for a supervisor to co tact me about my loan now..several different answers on whether or not to pay my March payment that is getting paid off..now I have Incurred a late fee which aggravates me. Noone will answer me and when I called I was on hold for 1 hour and 5 mins
