3/9/22 I had very little communication with Ajanay. Not to fault her. If the people assigned to my account were educated and knowledgeable with the VA refinance process. We never should have had to go through the process twice before closing. The first team never communicated with each other or the second team. There was a problem the entire step of the way, both times. The final issue is that the amount applied to the principal was not deducted from the loan amount as we were told. LaRonda was great but unfortunately she came into the process at the very end. My overall experience was long and unclear. I had to work directly with different people from 3 different agencies to get this loan closed because those agencies including PennyMac were not communicating with eachother. My closing date kept getting postponed which held things up for me financially.
