The lack of clarity for the process
Explain the closing costs timing more accurately. We were told we did not need to bring money to closing and then because of weather, the closing was rescheduled and we had to bring money. After three different discussions with three different people, it was explained by the loan officer. Belinda did not explain it to us accurately. It was a very frustrating process because no one seemed to know with certainty.
