All my questions were answered in a timely manner and the loan closed in the timeline that was given to me.

The main reason for the loan was to consolidate some credit card debts. After asking, it was clearly understood that Penny Mac would make these payoffs themselves. Instead we received 4 or 5 individual checks to the creditors. this left it to us to contact these companies and accept the 3rd part checks. A few went okay, others did not. Improve communication with processes of collecting documents & closing. I was never informed after home appraisal that I had other loan/cash-out options. I never received correct closing disclosure in the mail before signing. I was never notified of cash to close before signing at closing. My online signed closing disclosure was different than what the notary brought to sogning. i had to ask what my cash to close was 1 day before my signing appointment.
