Be more specific about final numbers at closing. The first refinancing attempt started going bad with repairs/time… representative should have suggested going with straight refi so as to keep low locked in rate,as I was overwhelmed and unsure of options.
Too many people to communicate. Same documents were requested repeatedly, I needed to initiate the calls to get the information. However, Very happy with Kami for her professionalism and providing information.
