My loan officer Kevin Jones is amazing. Pamela was great until the last two weeks. She did not respond to the Title Company and the Condo Insurance emails promptly and correctly. They had to send emails 4 times each and I had to intervene with a three way call with the Title Company. Since she did not send the closing document on Friday, we legally had to close a day later on Thursday. I lost sleep and weight that week due to unnecessary stress.

My hope is that the 'powers that be' at PennyMac will see my review. THe individuals involved in the process were great. The SYSTEM and the software program need serious review. I received multiple requests for the same document. WHen I inquired as to the reason for the many requests, the individuals had only a set of questions provided by the program. Those questions were woefully inadequate. The only way that issue was resolved was when an individual actually ;looked at the document I submitted and discovered it lack... read more
