just better communication, there would be weeks without any type of communication from penny mac end.
First, this survey is directed at the performance of Chaix, which was actually a 9 out of 10. Our frustrations were all the other interactions by other people that were actually 2 or 3 out of 10. We had to start the process over based on a lack of communication. It took us from October 3, 2021, to 3/10/2022, I am still not completely sure we received the best possible rate? Efficient, timely and pleasant transaction!
Grace was very patient and professional with my questions. She is a very professional person who was always prompt in returning phone calls as well as explaining the process.
PennyMac was wonderful from beginning to end of my refinance. The staff communicated efficiently and answered all of my questions. They made the process a breeze.
I never spoke with Brianna or received any emails from her; truthfully I did not know a Brianna Koke was working on my file. Communication was not satisfactory. I was also the closer on this transaction and had to remind the PennyMac closer this; as he was unhelpful and rude as well. I cc'd the customer service email on how disappointed I was in the communication and never received a response back.
