Some confusion within the loan team as far as submitted documentation
There were delays and errors but we are glad that they were promptly addressed and resolved. Overall it went very well. Thank You!
It would have been a much better experience if it weren't a 118 day process. No explanation for the delays, only calls indicating no update. That is just as frustrating as not knowing or hearing from anyone the status. Online should have a day clock to understand a typical process and what day we are on and perhaps an explanation as to why it is held up. The only positive is that the team didn't have excuses, they simply had no valuable feedback. Not likely to recommend.
Porsche was supposed to get our closing docs out and was working in the wrong loan account. She delayed our closing. And was not helpful and never called back like she said she would.
