Our Communication with Mr. Edward Sarkardehi, during our loan process was very professional at all time. He was very helpful with giving directions which made the whole process simple and less stressful. Edward took his time to explained the process before we started. Originator would respond when called or call back
There were major issues with Kristina's communication and we ended up closing a week after we should have because of it. If we had not been as far in the process we would not have continued with PennyMac. I ended up dealing with Felicia Johnson to finalize the loan after such a bad experience with Kristina.
Overall great customer service.
Communication and documents were in order and in a timely manner.
