It was impossible to call jesika. Loan was not ready by closing date. Requested employment verification multiple times. Payoff amounts for loans were not accurate.
The process was easy, all of my questions were answered promptly and my loan officer made me feel as if I was his only client. I would recommend PennyMac to all friends and family members either looking for a mortgage or to refinance their home.

It was great
It was tedious. We went with PennyMac because they were our lender with our previous home. That did not make things easier. It was hard to make phone contact. Documents that were previously sent were asked for again. It was almost like this was the first time you ever were closing a loan.

Always provide better options and clarification for customers.
