There was a lot of duplication but I can’t be more specific. Sometimes it seemed as if the “right” hand didn’t know what the “left” hand was doing or requesting. I was asked questions pertinent to a new customer but PENNYMAC was already holding my mortgage.
The process was easy and the communication was prompt. The sites provided to install and download documents was user friendly and any questions or concerns were addressed quickly and professionally. I would recommend Pennymac to anyone.
I had to redo the loan twice since the first one was not what I was told. If it wasn’t for that I would’ve rated all 10.

The process went smoothly and Brandy communicated with us very well.
Great experience
The initial process was very unpleasant because I was dealing with different people and provided with different information. Then, when PennyMac received information from the Title Company. It was incorrect. My name wasn't on the title provided by the title company and there was an IRS lien and a collection listed on that title document. PennyMac contacted me about it multiple times and I informed them that information wasn't correct.
