Chaix was great at proactively communicating throughout the whole process. She was patient and explained everything perfectly. She was courteous and professional. There was a problem that was no fault of hers, and she was very understanding and remedied the issue quickly. She was great!
Overall consistent communication and updating of any changes or new information.
In a few words… the entire process was easy.
To be able to talk to someone with out a 1hr. Hold. Getting told what I need to get together one time and not keep coming up with new things every time I receive a phone. Be able to share my appraisal with what ever loan people I want. It is my appraisal I paid for it. I just don’t like not having some one across the table locally I can talk to. That is my mistake to expect that
